Independence
No paid placements, no sponsored rankings, and no pay-to-play. Vendors cannot buy a score, change one, or have one removed. Coverage decisions are ours alone.
Money
Nobody can buy a score, a ranking, or a recommendation on this site. Vendors do not pay for placement, there are no sponsored reviews, and advertising never touches editorial. Any link that compensates us gets disclosed on the page it appears on, and compensation never moves a score.
The byline
Reviews are published under the Shop Tech Score Team byline. Verdicts come from our published scoring methodology, applied the same way to every product.
Sources and claims
Every price on this site is verified against the vendor and dated. Every stat links to its source, and a claim we cannot pin down does not run. When something is genuinely unclear, like a price a vendor will only quote on a sales call, we say so and tell you exactly what to ask.
Corrections
When we get something wrong, we fix it. Pricing moves often in this market, so if you spot a stale number or an error, tell us and we will verify and update the page.
